Carren Amoli founded Kitchen Tonic in 2015 after 15 years in food safety. She started as an NHS Dietitian, then spent 14 years as an International Food Safety Auditor auditing hospitality businesses worldwide.
She has taught food safety for over 15 years — including 8 years at Westminster Adult Education Service and 3 years at Westminster Culinary College Victoria — making complex regulations accessible to hospitality teams.
Carren personally oversees all client work, from HACCP plans to hygiene rating improvements, bringing hands-on expertise to every engagement.
