Duration: one-day typically 09:30-17:00
For training at a food business, we can start training earlier than 09:00.
Assessment method: Multiple-choice examination (20 questions) (catering and manufacturing options)
Ofqual qualification number: 603/3652/3
Pre-requisite: None, however it is best to have knowledge in food safety before taking this course

Although our base is in London, we deliver training throughout England. Please be aware that trainer travel fees may be applicable.
Cost: £250 plus £30 per participant, inclusive of exam fees. We can train up to 20 candidates per session.
Autumn discount: Previously £300 plus £30 per participant.
